General Amenities:
Sizable balcony fully furnished, for a relaxing view of the intercostal waterway. The boat slip with a fishing dock is available and we have a few beginner fishing poles, or hang out by the newly updated pool. Enjoy the brand new and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (2022 renovation!), as part of a completely open concept main floor with central a/c and heat. We provide plenty of linens/towels/beach towels for 8 people, but if you must do laundry we have a full sized washer/dryer along with an iron/ironing board. Full bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a tv/dvd, and a radio/alarm clock for the early morning sunrise! If it is a rainy day, we have your favorite family board games and some dvds to watch. Reserved covered parking for one is provided with plenty of guest parking available. If heading to the beach, our closet is stocked with a cabana, beach cart, beach toys and beach chairs for fun in the sun.
Family Friendly Amenities:
Strollers, PackNPlay, baby monitor, adjustable booster seats, arm floaties for the little fish in the pool, bibs, sippy cups and other miscellaneous kitchen needs for the young ones, children’s books, baby and kid-friendly dvds, some toys and loads of sand toys, floaties, balls, and beach paddle ball- of course.

Welcome to our home away! Our townhome includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a California King-sized master bedroom overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Next is a queen guest bedroom, and last, a full and twin bunk room. If needed, we do have additional sleeping with our pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Loads of linens, bath towels and beach towels await our guests. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD and CD radio for individual entertainment.
Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether you are on vacation with your family, a get-away with friends or traveling on business. With on-site check-in and check-out, our staff is at your finger tips to make your stay with us a truly relaxing experience.
The townhome set-up allows for spacious living, while away from home. A newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar area provides plenty of cooking space for more than one cook in the kitchen. The living room and dining room allow for plenty of space to move around, with a convenient half-bath by the front door to wash off the sand in your toes! The sizable balcony is our favorite spot for drinking coffee and viewing the beautiful intercoastal waterway, with all of its Florida wildlife passing by. Don’t miss our pod of dolphins swimming by each morning around 10 am!
